Summer Holidays are in full swing, the weather has been mixed, and we do some activities!

It’s Hot
I don’t like Hot weather, if it goes over 20 I’m not interested in it and this year has been a mixed year to say the least, however as August began we saw that mixed weather turn to baking heat. I suppose it was great for those sunbathers and kids on holidays but I will be counting down till the change in weather hopefully in September, as will the girls in the house who don’t do well with heat.
Summer Holidays
I had no time off over the Summer Holidays so I would be spending more time with the kids at weekends etc… but also trying to slot in cinema trips etc.. in and around when I could, Boo was planning to restart work to go alongside her Blog/online work in September which allowed her to some interviews but also spend the built of the summer with the kids doing days out etc. With everything this year and Boo changing jobs etc.. and of course money always being reviewed we didn’t have anything major planned.
Days out
But as I said we were doing some days out locally, a day at Redwings Horse Sanctuary was a lovely break and it was near where we used to live, while a day in Hemsby at the seaside allowed us to do some different activities. Arguably the highlight was some archery, something we don’t really ever do, similar to when we did Axe throwing earlier in the year, but for the kids to try this, especially Tigger and his confidence and Piglet who normally misses out on this because of her age was great.
Onto Next month
Next month we head back to school, and new jobs and it begins my favourite time of the year.
