Disney Plus UK, Its August 2022! and with being hot on the heels literally with the hottest days on record, what’s hot on Disney Plus in August? well With SDCC shelling out a lot of announcements, especially Marvel, the month was going to be exciting. However Some non-Marvel stuff is about, a household favourite Bluey returns, Wrexham looks interesting while the Predator Franchise is expanded.
Summer is set to be chock-full of entertainment on Disney+. This August sees Hollywood stars Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds discover what it means to own a Welsh Association Football Club in Welcome to Wrexham, and a new addition to the Predator franchise arrives in the form of Prey. Elsewhere, Star Wars fans are treated to LEGO Star Wars Summer Vacation as well as the highly anticipated series Andor, plus there are new episodes of The Orville: New Horizons, Kiss Sixth Sense, High School Musical: The Musical: The Series S3, Only Murders in the Building S2 and Big Sky S2 to enjoy!
Meanwhile, as the summer holidays reach their height, parents can rejoice as the first batch of the hit TV series Bluey S3 lands on Disney+ and brand new Sing-Along versions of fan-favourite Disney musicals including The Lion King (2019), The Lion King II: Simba’s Pride, Beauty and the Beast (1991), Beauty and the Beast (2017) and Tangled arrive on the platform. Wrexham

That said, they are serious about their investment in Wrexham, improving the club, and doing right by the townspeople. Lightyear

Bluey
Bluey is a loveable, inexhaustible six year-old Blue Heeler dog who lives with her Dad, Mum, and four year-old little sister, Bingo. Bluey’s love of fun brings her family and the whole neighbourhood into a world of daily adventures.
Predator
With the launch of Prey on 5 August, the Predator franchise expands to include the new story of a skilled Comanche warrior, who must protect her tribe from a highly evolved alien predator. Amber Midthunder joins a long and impressive list of iconic actors who have appeared in the franchise, including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Adrien Brody, Danny Glover, Sigourney Weaver, Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Idris Elba, Charlize Theron and Laurence Fishburne.
